Job description
A great opportunity for a young sales executive to work directly with the business owners in a dynamic, fast growing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to grow and learn, helping to follow up with all aspects of the business relating to sales and marketing as well as general business administration.
Responsibilities
Sales:

Key account management
-
Visiting new and existing customers to introduce and sell our products

Liaising with wholesalers when required

Managing A&P brand budgets efficiently

Staff training
Marketing:
-
Assisting with the marketing concepts and general direction for wines, beers and spirits
-
Trade marketing
-
Event management
-
Managing brand activations
-
Staff and outlet training for beer, wine and spirits
-
Creating promotional concepts for both brand building as well as to drive volume
Management:
-
Coordination and execution of customer relationship management software, social media, database projects and campaigns
-
Coordinating and assisting in translation with outsourced partners (i.e. logistics, events, yacht agents, expositions, etc.)

Record keeping of the different activation campaigns, tracking trade deals, calculating rebates, and creating and implementing trade promotions.

Conducting menu audits to anticipate shortages in stock
Requirements
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Strong command of written and spoken English
-
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and general computer literacy
-
Experience preferred but would consider a motivated, hardworking candidate without experience.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Social media savvy
-
Car drivers license preferred

Willing to work weekends when required

Thai national
