Job description

Tez Tour is seeking a highly organized, efficient, and professional individual to join our team as the Secretary to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient management of schedules, coordination of meetings, and handling of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the General Manager’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the General Manager, handling phone calls, correspondence, and emails.
  • Prepare and organize documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Liaise with other departments and external parties to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation and control of budgets and expenses.
  • Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as required by the General Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
